EXP is a Polite Citizen of Your PC

EXP is a polite citizen of your PC because, unlike most commercial software, EXP does NOT do any of the following:

  • Install automatic update managers that slow down your PC every time you start Windows.
  • Install new Windows background services intended to prevent software piracy.
  • Install large new subsystems in Windows such as the Microsoft .NET Runtime or the Java Runtime.
  • Install new toolbars or add-ons in your web browser.
  • Install new icons in the Windows tray (where the current time is displayed).
  • Pop up periodic messages prompting you to go to the vendor's website.
