EXP 6.0 Upgrade Policy

If you purchased EXP 5.1, you are entitled to purchase "EXP 6.0 for EXP 5.1 Users". This product is exactly the same as "EXP 6.0 Full Product" except that it is sold at a reduced price which varies depending on when you purchased EXP 5.1. Please use the following table to determine your price:

Note: Symbol Dynamics is not offering upgrade pricing for earlier versions of EXP that were sold by EXP's previous owner.

How to upgrade

1. Fill out the EXP 6.0 order form and select to purchase "EXP 6.0 for EXP 5.1 Users".

   Note that the unit price is set to $135. If you qualify for the $50 price, include a copy of your EXP 5.1 sales receipt showing the date of purchase. If you cannot find your EXP 5.1 sales receipt, make a note on your EXP 6.0 order form and Symbol Dynamics will attempt to verify the purchase date.

2. Include a copy of the EXP 5.1 Authorization Code page from the EXP 5.1 CD-ROM white envelope.

   If you cannot find your EXP 5.1 Authorization Code page, send Symbol Dynamics your EXP 5.1 Authorization Code along with the name used to purchase that copy of EXP 5.1. The name must match the name Symbol Dynamics has on record for that Authorization Code.

   If you are ordering multiple copies of "EXP 6.0 for EXP 5.1 Users", submit a copy of the EXP 5.1 Authorization Code page for each copy of EXP 5.1 you want to upgrade.

3. Mail or FAX to Symbol Dynamics your EXP 6.0 order form and the copy of your EXP 5.1 Authorization Code page. If you qualify for the $50 price, also include your EXP 5.1 sales receipt.

Important: Only one upgrade to EXP 6.0 will be granted for each EXP 5.1 Authorization Code. Symbol Dynamics verifies that the registration of the EXP 5.1 Authorization Code matches the person submitting the upgrade purchase. Do not attempt to submit another person's EXP 5.1 Authorization Code or you may inconvenience them!
