E-mail Delivery Problem Fixed

As of August 17, 2021, a serious problem with the Symbol Dynamics e-mail accounts has been fixed. Beginning in June 2020, Symbol Dynamics became aware that some customers were not receiving messages sent from the Symbol Dynamics e-mail accounts. Sometimes a message would be delivered to the customer's Junk e-mail folder, but other times the message would not be delivered at all. No indication of delivery failure was provided.

The cause of the problem turned out to be that the domain expswp.com needed to participate in Sender Policy Framework and DMARC. To combat the problem of junk e-mail messages, e-mail servers are increasingly blocking messages sent from domains that do not participate in Sender Policy Framework.

Symbol Dynamics apologizes for the inconveniencies this problem has caused.
