- Any request for a return must be made within thirty (30) days of your receipt of the order.
- The returned Symbol Dynamics USB device must indicate that there are no active installations.
- There is a 15% return processing fee.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- If you paid by credit card, your card will be credited. If you paid by check or money order, Symbol Dynamics will send you a refund check.
